Galadhrim and other elven pics, POST here!!

Looks like GW has dumped that article, actually. If you've got a link to the old astronomicon pages, you might be able to find something there, but they've removed the link from their site & may have taken that all down by now.
There's a lot of good stuff in our site's Forces of Good painting guides. Be sure to look around, because you never know when something "unrelated" is going to give you the idea you need for some detail.
However, the bulk of that you're looking for is here by Tidoco, and here by Keyser Soze.

TLA looks to still be a work in progress on their new site, but they should have some pretty good stuff as well once they're up and running again.

Yeah the real hard part was finding all of them to make a sizable force. But I love these sculp's. Not the beefcake looking plastics.

It wasn't so bad for each one actually. Due them being metal I didn't have to do to much stuff to make their armor look good. Id say about 2 hours for each one with all the cloak details. I was pretty busy and super slow. Took me about 2 and a half weeks for the basing and painting.

I'm working on my own right now. I hope mine turns out to be as good as yours. I find these elves to be by far the best looking metal miniatures in the GW Lotr series.

No not at all, still have ways yet on that one and I set it aside after the Bieb challenge and went onto other stuff. Thanks for the compliment.
