I was in Germany last weekend for the LoTR tournament in Cologne. In the evening some of played a quick game of Rebellion, and this image was taken by one of the players.

He's faked the sky in, but otherwise the shot is as it was during the game. Wallace leading the charge up the hill to meet the English.

The minis look great and the rough grass is pretty convincing too. The sky is very neatly executed. My only gripe is that the depth of field (i.e., the range of distances at which objects are more or less in focus) is not great, but then this was on on-the-fly pic rather than a posed studio shot.

Bob, your minis are superb and when displayed like that it makes me wish I had the time to start up another army...fantastic scene! By the way, is this your army?

Actually no, the minis are painted by a chap named Daniel from Germany age 16.

Check this one too, painted by another of my German chums
(he's labelled it 25mm - it's actually 30mm)

What's rebellion? Is it also by games workshop? The figures look awsome.

This is something created by Ebob - here, follow the links to his site:

He is a fantastic sculpter, very, very good at conversions and a damned fine painter as well.
