Alright, I managed to finish my Azog (conversion done by Ridgeback) after a few months with a complete lack of motivation and inspiration... First off the proof picture:  And the finished model:      I'm pretty pleased with how he turned out. Now it's time to figure out how to get better pictures once again... EDIT: better pictures

Some wonderful entries so far! Here's my entry. I've had this model for years! And finally I've finished him.  I tried doing NMM, though I'm not sure I pulled it off well enough.
