Post subject:  Poll: Voting for painting challenge: Gothmog
Welcome to the voting thread for Gothmog.

Voting in this challenge should be based not just on painting skill, but also for application of different painting techniques, individual artist improvement, creativity and originality etc.

Voting will remain open for seven days and close at Friday the 13th (or a couple of days later in case the automatic close doesn't work. I'm moving to a new apartment that weekend so my connection may not work until Monday).

I'm crazy for conversions, and the paint job is great too, so my vote goes to Fishlegs. Well done everyone! 8)

I like the skin on Werner's model that's why I picked him, though Valpas's armour is the better. Spuds pictures are too small for me to see the details, I think the picture is at fault not his painting which looks good. Overall all four are good.

What a tough decision. I was swayed by the skin of Werner's as it resembles the weird freakishness of the film character, but in the end the armour on Valpas' model won it for me. Great work everyone!

Werner...I believe it isnt so detailed as the others but it has more good looking skin colour.

I voted for Werner. I love the skin on this mini and the artistic flair. Spuds is my 2nd favourite. Even though the details are hard to see I think spuds captured the feel of the character better than anyone - and thats really important I think.

Well done to everyone - it was a very tough choice.

Another very difficult choice, however I've decided to vote for Fishlegs' entry. The conversion is very effective and topped off with a fantastic paintjob it makes a superb mini.
