| Post subject: | Ranger Courage |
Hello all My First post and I have a querie. Does anyone know why Rangers (men) have a low courage in comparison to other troops? I haven't played WOTR yet so I don't know how it affects game play but on reading through the army lists they do appear low. Even the Grey company only has a courage of 3. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help |

Rangers got the same courage as most of the men. Grey company has halbarad in the ranks so they benefit from his courage. Most of the time you do not need there courage because you want to shoot with them. |

I though they had the same Courage as the rest of the men and the same as SBG game? Besides, they are all cowards not wanting to leave the safety of cover and shooting poor orcses in the back. |

No the Dunedain and grey company have C5 in the SBG and C3 in WOTR. They are supposed to be 'elites' (well the Grey company anyway). I just thought their courage value didn't seem to reflect the 'fluff' from the books. |
