ok heres the thing, i downloaded PSP 9 today but my computer immediatly crashed when i started it (maybe thats the downside of free downloads  )
so i downloaded photoshop and i havent tried it yet but does anyone know how to use it? i know many members here use it but i wanna know how to put the fancy backgrounds on the minis? thanks

Hmmm - near as I can tell - neither of those programs are FREE - therefore that might explain why the illegal copies? cause crashes |

photoshop works fine, just psp that crashes, so i removed it. i think its perfectly legal otherwise it wouldnt run? or wouldnt be avalible for download? so anyone know how to create backgrounds for pics? thanks |
