Hi everyone. My local gaming club, The Seige Bunker, Derry, are hosting a Hobbit SBG tournament on the 11th of April, which I am organising. The basic details are that it will be a 350pt tournament, played over 4 games. All the latest details and the rules pack as it stands are on the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/events/1537081136562417/ Any questions or comments, just ask. EDIT. Following difficulties with Facebook, here's the details from the page for everyone that can't see it. Quote: 'The board is set and the pieces are moving'
This is a 350 point tournament for The Hobbit SBG. The competition will be held over 4 games (see below) and the Champion will be decided by the total number of Tournament Points (TP) won. 4TP will be awarded for a victory, 2TP for a draw and 1TP for a defeat, plus Bonus Points. 2 Bonus Points will awarded to any player that manages to kill the opposing army leader in all 4 games and 2 Bonus Points will be awarded to any player whose army leader survives all 4 games. In the event of a tie then Victory Points from the scenarios will be used as a tiebreaker. Scenarios Game 1: Reconnoitre Game 2: Domination Game 3: Hold Ground Game 4: Lords of Battle Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place (3rd place will also receive a prize if there are more than 8 competitors) and for best painted army as voted for by the players. Entry into the Tournament will cost £10. This is merely to cover the usual cost of entry to the club and the purchase of prizes. If you have any questions then don't hesitate to ask them here. |

Hmm, that's odd, it works fine for me. EDIT. Think I figured out why it wasn't working for you. I think the problem is the privacy settings for the event, I'll see if I can fix it this evening. |

Yes we are having a tournament here, and yes that is the page for the club. However I was organising the tournament through The Hobbit SBG Ireland Group on Facebook, so check out them as well. |

Ok, so I can't seem to change the privacy settings on the Facebook page, which means that the page is only visible to members of 'The Hobbit SBG Ireland Group'. Therefore I'll just update the OP of this thread with the information from there so that everyone can see it. |

Worth a mention, this tournament has been post poned due to issues with the venue. The talk is it is being rescheduled for 6/7th June!! |

Is this Desolation of Derry still going ahead on 6th June up at Magee? I may be able to attend for part of the time at least as a spectator/heckler/general nuisance
