Why don't we send the first 3 of the challenge each mounth ?

So I sent in an email asking if we can see more Hobbit miniatures in the article. I did get a nice reply, as they have featured my work on there several times over the years. First, they don't have as many regular releases for that product line, and second they don't receive very many pictures from people painting those models that are up to par to make worth posting. Both of these made sense to me. He then expressed how it was kind of a catch 22 as they are not getting many pictures so they are not showing many pictures, thus they are not gaining interest, thus fewer people are buying and painting the miniatures... I was invited to send more of my work and I am once again (I have done this In the past on TLA) urging people to submit your work to WD daily. Please. Make sure they know we are here, we are interested, we want more, and we are not going away. Regardless of how you feel about GW and prices, if you are painting up an old LOTR mini then send it in. If you repaint something, or recently got a camera and are taking pictures of you work. send them please. I want the The Hobbit SBG to be successful and we can use all the advertising and models viewing we can get. Thanks everyone. |

Send everything here. team@whitedwarf.co.uk Make sure they are not edited or re-sized, White Dwarf will do that, they want the best/most pixels and best quality pictures (they have an article on how to take pictures that everyone should read). Also there is a 10mb restriction so if you have to, send several emails and just subject them. Also tell them how you painted it, or how you use the model, why you like it, whatever you want and can say about the model you send. Tell Dan Joshua G. sent you,
