Thanks guys!
@MacCollac: it's really difficoult to make a list of all the colours i used! I use gw and for this orcs mainly use black, rhinox hide, mournfang brown, steel legion drab, ushabti bones, leadbelcher.... but is a very long list!
If i can help with something specific ask and if i remember or i have take note im glad to help!

Now i show you some conversion i made to increase the number of my orcs, i really enjoyed make these and im planning to make more! I used bits from the latest gw orcs hunters, perry miniature and warlord miniatures (celt tribes) plus green stuff and magic sculpt add.

Not only are these painted to an excellent standard your sculpt and conversions look great and fit in with the GW range very well.

Many thanks guys!
@Crucium Giger: yes the good "matching" between miniatures is one of my goal, unfortunately also between official gw miniatures there are difference some times, but i try to keep similar at least in the same army!

Here are my mordor uruk, only two for now, i very like the look of them one of my favourite mordor miniatures:

Great job. Mordor is the most beautiful army alongside with elves and that is the reason I 've left em for the end to paint so I will be more experienced to produce better results. This threat seems to be a source of inspiration :)

They look great! Love seeing variation in models. I bet they will look scary coming at an opponent in a hoard of orcs.
