Heroic Strike changes the game. A hero with it is hard to kill, and deadly against anyone lacking it. No Fell Beast (save with WitchKing & Khamul) would attack a major hero now. If I want to kill an army leader, I'll likely need at least one model with it or hope to exhaust his Might. It is more seldom than I thought, and looks limited to Major (expensive) Heroes--with some cheap exceptions--nearly double Good to Evil. I'll keep my monsters far from these guys.
