Post subject:  monster power attacks
Just looking for clarification, if a monster is supported in a combat by a normal warrior , whether by being in base contact with the attacked unit, or by giving spear support can the monster still use its power attacks such as hurl?

Based on that, it's pretty clear that monster supporting with a spear could not hurl an enemy after winning the fight.

That's not what the OP is asking BenBoomer, he's asking if the monster can use BPAs when being supported, not when supporting.

yup agreed, if you play isengard is a pretty good way to give a spear to an isengard troll or moria cave trolls to hurl stuff without risking their hide :P
