Check this out its 8/10 work but I wouldn't pay 300.00 dollars for it.

Amazing terrain, one of the best things I've ever seen before. On the other hand, who will ever buy this? Personally, I think it's rather stupid to sell this, especially via eBay. No one can/wants to pay that - and how do you transport such a beast? The auction states $600 within the USA.

Amazing piece of work, but I wouldn't spend that kind of money on it.

This rendition if the gates is good, though quirky in places (e.g., the tops of the towers). I prefer this for realism -

I quite agree Dorth...the Thomarillion model is light years better than the one on eBay.

This photo looks like a movie still. Amazing!

Wow that terrain looks fantastic, but yet again 300 dollars! I wish i could make that thing. It would be fun to play on that thing though.

I really must give that project a try one day!

200 hours of work involved? And it shows too - lots of compromises and corner cutting going on there. My estimate for a project of that scope would be around 500 hours if I were to build it.

True they are each impressive, but PLAYABLE? I don't know about that unless you had about 10 hours to play it out and you were fielding about 5000 points of combined Gondor, Elf and Dwarf at a minimum. Hmmm...

I wouldn't pay that amount of money for The Thomarillion one...which is far, far superior !!!
