Welcome, always good to see new players. I would recommend to look up the facebook page of the "Dutch Hobbit strategy group". (145 members and counting  ) Also, I know there is a community in Utrecht. If you would ask around on the facebook page or go the the Warhammer store in Utrecht i am sure you will be able to contact them. Let me know if you need anything else
