Hello wonderful One Ring administrators! Obviously all of us have a massive interest in continuing to grow and maintain the Sbg community and one of the hardest things to find, as a relative beginner myself, is opponents. It is only with some effort that I have managed to find and organise opponents and can imagine that this could make it tougher for new players to persist with the hobby. Ultimately, forging an active community that is easily accessible for war gamers interested in taking up this hobby is in all our interests. So a thought... Firstly, the OR population thread is in need of an update, which might be a good opportunity to give it a good clear out and reorganisation. Who's on that list that is no longer active? Which players are active? Instead of alphabetical, make it regional. List clubs in regions and the players who play there etc I have lots of ideas and would be happy to help the forum do this if no one else has the time? |

I would just be grateful for some opponents nearby. I only have 1 person left to play of my original gaming group as we all went to different places for college, I'm also not helped by the fact only 1 store to my knowledge sells Lotr within 45 miles of where I live. |
