HI everyone. I'm thinking about making a miniature of Finrod, but really don't know, what figure can be used as base. I want something like one of this arts, may be with bow instead of swordoing. I will be grateful for any ideas. |

I would use either a Numenorean or a Dol Amroth miniature. Then add a sword or bow arm from another kit. |

Do you want to create an armoured or unarmoured version of him? And are you looking to base it on a GW model, or are other manufacturers also fine? |

I find Thunderbolt miniatures to be great representatives for 1st age elves. Check them out if you haven't already. |

Gw's LoTR minis in my opinion doesn't fit correctly. They associate with films too much. So this must be other manufacturers I think. Doesn't matter armored or not. I'll check thunderbolt a bit later. Serving their site by phone is painful. |
