I really like the elven blade that were used at the start of the first movie.
I personaly think the galadhrim bow, blade and armour are really awesome.

Faramirs sword is really cool also

Durin's Axe or Aegolos; both pwn. Hell of a shame that you don't see Durin's axe and only see Aegolos for a few seconds.

I like the Rohan swords - I like the horse heads on them. I am not to much of an elf fan but, i do bought me legolas knives, really great knives with nice detail. I am still looking for scabbards for them tough. I have been thinking about making them myself but i am not handy in things like that. Just don't know where to find people that are good in working with leather.

I like Eomer's spear that a crewman gives him at pelennor fields (dunno if anyone else notices it every time). He aslo gets a double kill with it.

You mean he kills 2 Mumakil, and several hundred Haradrim crewman, with that one shot.

My answer is the Witch-king's weapons - the flaming sword, the enormous flail, and the Morgul Blade.

Hold on a second, you mean that you can see a member of the film crew handing Eomer his spear? Damn how did I miss that, I bet it was on the part of 100 Greatest Movie Mistakes that I missed.

I always assumed that that was a warrior of Rohan, or someone in charge of Eomer's weaponry, like a shieldbearer.

You don't really see the crewmember, but it is clear that someone gives the spear to Eomer.

In that case, it's perfectly acceptable. there are 6,000 riders, most of them have a spear, if their second in command asked one of them to hand him his spear, they'd do it, it's a bit like a knight being handed their lance by someone befire a joust. I think it is probably deliberate, makes more sense then his spear magically appearing.

I personally, think the Bow that Legolas is given by Galandril is bad ass. They say in the stories that the string is made from her hair.

My favorite? Glamdring. Anything that helps take out a balrog works for me. (Like The B a z o o k a)

Having said that, I own most of United Cutlery's offerings, including the limited editions and museum collections (our couriers and parcel-delivery people used to wonder what the Hell was in all the sometimes huge and heavy packages.)

A brief update - Orcrist is on the way to join the collection at Fortress Dorthenstein. Goblins beware.

From Tolkien: Dramborleg "Thunder-Sharp" "The axe of Tuor that smote both a heavy dint as of a club and cleft as a sword" [Unfinished Tales, A description of Numenor, Note 2] and the Steel Bows of Numenor.

From the Movie Sting.

Grond, the battering ram used to bring down the gates at Minas Tirith.

"Great engines crawled across the field; and in the midst was a huge ram, great as a forest-tree a hundred feet in length, swinging on mighty chains. Long had it been forging in the dark smithies of Mordor, and its hideous head, founded of black steel, was shaped in the likeness of a ravening wolf; on it spells of ruin lay. Grond they named it, in memory of the Hammer of the Underworld of old. Great beasts drew it, orcs surrounded it, and behind walked mountain-trolls to wield it."

Just love this stuff.
