I would say that most people play as both to be honest.

Both. I have a little bit of everything, but I can favour Harad and Arnor, particularly grey company. I also love using the fellowship, the three hunters specifically.

Both, but considering I run 2 different Harad armies, Easterlings, Mordor and Isengard plus Gondor and sometimes elves, mainly evil.

I play both, but more evil. Lots of Mordor, and Gundabad. Some Minas Tirith and Fiefdoms.

I play as both, I tend to try and alternate when I start work on a new army.

I play either depending on which army our grandsons choose for the the game. Sometimes I play both (solo) to test my understanding of rules or to try a scenario out.
