Hello One Ring Community.
My name is Dom, I'm 17 and from Suffolk, UK. I was first introduced to the hobby when I was about 11, but after failing to paint some Warriors of Minas Tirith, I quickly gave it up. About five months ago, however, I revived my passion for the LotR and returned to Games Workshop, wide-eyed and excited. Inspired by Legolas' bad-assery in the books and films I wanted to start an army from Mirkwood. I created a blog and a YouTube channel to follow my progress and I'm really enjoying collecting and painting the models. I hope to be able to contribute to the forum and equally intend to learn a lot from the wealth of experience already here.

Welcome DomyHill to the One-Ring community. I started at the same age and am also 17 at the moment, so it's nice to see other people into the hobby around the same age group. Good to see your love for the hobby has been rekindled by the books and films. 8) I've just found your WIP, and your painting looks great. Good to see you've got a youtube channel and a blog. I'll sub your channel as I'm constantly look for other people who are into LotR - my youtube name is MrDrumtastic.
