That wasted looking fellow… I think I’ve met him yesterday at the competition. He made a very favourable impression! Didn’t know it was yours though, suspecting it was a sculpt from ukfreddybear (After three month’s I’m still reading up on all these articles). Well, another great artist at work (I was already impressed by your casting skills)! And thanks for all this information about these different modelling materials & how to handle them. Very instructive.

Confound and confusticate his myriad scales.

OK, I'll sculpt a few more.

I'm currently working on my Uruk army, painting some models that have been hanging around for a couple of years.

The paint scheme is really simple, which is how I like it. When I have hundreds of models to paint, I can't be bothered with details like eyes and teeth!

When I've finished the next 20, I'll have four... HUNDRED! One 25th of Saruman's army.

400 for starters.

You're a better painter than me, Haldir. And it's true... I just can't be bothered with teeth and eyes on these guys. Still the rest of it is neat. The Uruks look great as a group and nobody I know pays attention to tiny details like teeth and eyes in the middle of a battle.

Here is my Uruk army so far. I've got three different paint schemes with this lot as I've painted different batches over the last few years. Most of these will need to be changed to fit in with my latest, favourite paint scheme, but they will do for now.

Impressive work Nate.

Still, there's what, about 47 movement trays missing?

:P

Impressive army! :yay: It's only the white hands on the banners that IMO is a little bit too big, but other than that, good work! 8)
