For this army, we have decided to take away the rule that allies can only be 1/4 of your points because of the lack of models in a particular faction. The models are spread out about equally in each faction.

Khamul the Easterling
Amdur, Lord of Blades
Suladan, the Serpent Lord
Buhrdur
Cave Troll
3 Warg Packs
4 Moria Goblin Warriors
4 Moria Goblin Warriors
4 Moria Goblin Warriors
2 Haradrim Warbands with bows
2 Haradrim Warbands with bows

Comments and Criticism please.
This army will probably be facing this army: viewtopic.php?f=88&t=26057 , or a uruk-hai one, which my friend has yet to make.

Thanks,
LordElrond

This is a really cool idea, and I think it encapsulates what battles can really be about in the physical world, a band of desperate individuals drawn together by the same cause, united only by a banner.

In regards to the army itself, if you're going to be facing the one you outlined, it's oddly enough going to be almost evenly matched in terms of numbers, which isn't really what you want from an army containing MM, since they benefit most from weight of numbers. You still outnumber the opposition, but not by as much as might be comfortable. If you have the models, consider dropping a hero, since that will give you an extra few companies to swarm with. Prowling and weight of numbers is what counts with MM.

Aside from that, nifty idea! I might consider it for one of my games

Yes, we sort of ran out of models, as we lend them between the 3 of us. The elven army is mine, but I guess we'll swap and make different lists now and again.
Between us, we have almost 3 MoM sets between us (minus a few goblins converted into captains etc. for sbg, and a cave troll). We also had to proxy a few orcs, by hey ho!

I like the list, against that Elf list you posted before I think it might struggle, not a big advantage in weight of numbers and the Elves are faster so they will get to charge first into combat. Plus they have the higher Fight Value so they'll get the bonus strikes against you. Also don't fail your courage tests when you're charged by the Elves! Lol

Elves are not faster then Goblins. The list looks very good, but I'd split one moria warband over the other two, to make a) as many as possible benefit from Khamul and Amdur's epic rampage b) them a bit more resilient. And if you're playing to win, swap Suladan for the Betrayer. Couple him with Amdur, and someone is going to cry.

You are correct, I knew the elves speeds were upped (from SBG) but I had forgotten that the Goblins were too.
