Thanks! Seems like a fun scenario.

I'm surprised they even remembered WotR, though.

All I know is that I'll be playing the scenarios. The links are helpful as well.
(Should we get excited that they remembered WotR?)

We used similar rules on our snow board for WotR:

Was good fun!

That scenario is pretty old. Back when there were painting guides for LOTR/WOTR I stumbled across it. I saved the PDF of "Attack of the Corsairs". IMHO, they should support WOTR with more like this.

not to thread jack or anything, but here that one is...

It doesn't have only to do with WotR. The vast majority of articles has been removed from GW's site...

That wasn't made this year. If it was it would've said The Hobbit not Lord of the Rings. Nice digging, but not news though.

I have been doing some back door searches for old GW articles. I once found an old box set of Harad this way. Though no longer for sale.

here you go!

These things are becoming harder to find, and sometimes different between the US and UK versions of the site as well. I wonder if a separate thread to list links for all current but 'hidden' (not obviously linked from main site) would be worthy? It would be nice to have a chance to go in and grab things before they vanish completely.

That is a really good idea Beowulf. Until a seperate thread is made, I'll lists some more that I find here and keep updating them:

Sample Armies in WOTR:

Well, I went back all the way to March 2010, and after that date all the links to the articles do not work.

So there was only like four or five articles dealing with anything WOTR after 3/10... :(

Great site for the SBG, but it does not have anything for WOTR. Thanks, however.

Well, that was a snapshot from Feb 2007 based on the URL. WotR wasn't around yet I believe (maybe...time flies...but I don't think so).
