Hi all, trying to upload pictures with photobucket and linking my blog to signatures but get this popping up in red, You cannot use certain BBCodes: [url]. Sorry I'm not a IT person could do with some help. Thanks Dave |

If you're wanting to post pictures in your One Ring posts, upload them to Photobucket, then click and copy the 'direct link' URL. Next, open up the 'Full Editor' option in your post and add an 'Img' tag, paste the image URL between the square bracts as below and the image will appear in your post. [img]HERE[/img] You can use the 'Preview' option to test your post before you publish it to check it has worked. Hope that helps! |

Not quite! I've edited the code in your post so it now works, not sure what you'd done but you had 2 of the [IMG] tags at each end of the link so it was appearing as a link rather than an image. Click on edit your post and have a look at how it's laid out and hopefully you'll get it spot on next time! Good luck! |

I think you confused him by saying click on the IMG tabs and paste in between Damian. The direct link on photo bucket comes with the IMG code already in place either side of the link so you just need to paste it in here. No need to manually add the IMG code again. |
