We're allowed pages and pages of moaning about Finecast, but as soon as five people post laughing about some write ups about new minis it is deemed lockable?

None of that was flaming or trolling, it was jovial and light hearted!

As a writer (both fiction and journalism) I tend to spot things like this and it's often amusing to discuss it with fellow like-minded people.

Even if the topic, by definition, was loosely considered News (In that it was about updates), it could have been moved to Off Topic or somewhere else.

Thanks for killing what could have been a great topic. I'd like a better explanation please.

The topic was an invitation to make personal attacks on GW's staff. The title was clearly asking for others to add their own insults to the discussion. It was nipped in the bud before it deteriorated into something decidedly unpleasant.
