The One Ring Competition Committee is pleased to announce Faramir as the winner of the Committee's Choice Award for January 2006. This season's prize is a boxed set of the Breaking of the Fellowship.

As well as entering three good quality entries, he is also an active member in the best sense of the word who puts quite a bit of effort into the Community.

It was a difficult decision to make and eventually it was down to a choice between Faramir and Beatrice. The Committee has awarded an additional 10 gold coins to Beatrice for her excellent entry as well as an encouragement for her contributions on the forums.

Congratulations Faramir, and well done to all who entered.

Congrats to the pair of them. It was such a great field of entries that is was VERY difficult to pick an overall winner.

In some ways that is great as it shows this site has a wealth of great talent, in others it is a right royal pain, as it makes the committees choice SO much harder to make.

Anyway best of lusk to all those that enter the next one....only a month away
