A quick and easy competition - winner is announced

Win a set of exclusive One Ring custom dice before they go on sale!

I rolled eight dice and took a picture of them. All you have to do is try to guess the total sum of the numbers that came up (count the One Ring symbol as a six) and send me a PM with your guess on it (1 guess per person, sorry). Only PM's will count - guesses in the forums here do not count.

The number can be anywhere between 8 and 48 (inclusive) since the dice are six-sided and there were 8 of them. And I'll give you a clue - it wasn't 8.

The competition will be open until Midnight Saturday 4th April (GMT) and the winner will be randomly selected from amongst those that got it right. If no one correctly guessed the number, then those closest to it will count.

Thanks everyone for the huge response to this. I had over 50 entries which was a lot more than I expected. Thankfully someone did manage to guess the number!

The winning number was 19. This is pretty much how I roll during games too - loads of ones and twos.

And the winner is:

, I came to the total in exactly the same way. rolled 8 TLA dice. Rolled 1,1,1,2,3,3,4,4.

Ha these allways roll terrible as i'm sure my regular gaming buddy UKFB knows:)

Ha, well done Con. See - I told you those TLA dice would win something for you eventually.

What you fail to realise is that I put a voodoo hex on my own dice and switched them for yours while you were in the loo. :twisted:

And you just know I'm going to do exactly the same with our new OR dice. :lol:
