This is from a while ago, but I thought I'd post them anyway so that it could be of value to anyone who hasn't seen them!

About seven years ago (SEVEN YEARS!?!?! Where has the time gone?) I built a Corsair ship and did an article on how I built it for thePalantir dot org, which is now gone. I then did a second article on how to paint it, since it was a bigger project than I had imagined it would be... Here they are:

Since the plastic Corsairs came out, I've been sitting on an unpainted box, as well as the two character figures (on being PJ himself), but simply haven't gotten around to painting them... Maybe it's time!

Thank you for sharing this article. Although I am a beginner, I enjoy making terrains and will definitely give your Corsair ship a try.

Haha, overlooked that when I made it :) Interpreted the black sales as dirty, un-dyed cloth. But perhaps that year the Gondorians had bought up all of the black-dyed cloth in Umbar to outfit their soldiers in the spiffy black and silver uniforms!
