Fantastic woodsman, DMS!! I should invest in some of ukfreddybear's mini's! Particularly the Ents he has there. :-D

Definitely - I can't recommend the majestic Bear range highly enough - every sculpt I have painted has been great to paint. I have all three of the MBM Ents and am planning to paint them all at once as soon as I get some time to paint my own stuff.

I also have all the Ents. Magnificent sculpts . . . superior in all ways to all but GW's Treebeard.

As you may have seen for my latest commission I teamed up with Dave from http://www.majesticbear.net aka ukfreddybear to produce a converted Glorfindel. Dave did a great job with the repose so the pressure passes to myself to apply a fitting paint job to the model. The client was very specific about what he wanted the model to look like which made my job all the easier. The hardest part of the job is yet to come ..................posting it! I feel also that I must say thanks to One Ring member Shieldmaiden whose guide to elven armour formed the basis to Glorfindels armour. Thanks K :-D

Next up a return to the Orc commission :D  :o

Wheeee! He's done. Freehand looks impressive and those eyes looks great too!

EDIT: Thanks for the mention, the armour DOES look awesome... I felt that that was a redundant and self aggrandising point to make. :P

The elvish scroll on the bottom of the back of the cloak says "If blood is the price of victory then my enemies shall pay in full" except for the second time that I've attempted writing this on a cloak i couldn't fit the word "full" on the end.....doh!!! :o

Yup, it looks great! The armor is cool and I really like all of the green you used, and the free hand is awesome. You and UKFB make an amazing team, I can't wait to see what you two come up with next.
