Cool color choice. I like them, though the one in the front second from the left if you are looking at the screen seems a bit to pale for my liking, but that might be the light. But i like them. :yay:

Great colour scheme. Your use of a lot of contrast looks very very good on clothing. However, I would suggest you use less contrast on faces.

Yeah, I like my elves nice and pale. I start with GW Dark Flesh and then work my way up to Elf Flesh, and then touch that off with small highlights of Rackham's Pearly Flesh.

That's a really good colour scheme, very similar to something I want to achieve on my Wood elves. What colours did you use?

Thanks. The cloaks are a vomit brown base with vermin brown added for the shading and bleached bone added for the highlighting. The other browns in the shirts etc. are mostly bestial brown. I finished the cloaks with a VERY light blazing orange wash to give them more of a autumn leaf color look.

I should be able to finish these and get some new pics up by tomorrow. :D Then will finish the 10 Galadhrim Warriors with blades which already have a good start on them.

Just completed my autumn-themed archers, all twelve of them. Just need a few touchups here and there and then a matte varnish. Let me know what you think:

I got a lot more work done on the 10 Galadhrim Warriors today. They're not finished--still need to add some lighter layers to the armor, touch up some of the flesh, and complete the bases, but I'm closer than I was this morning!

Great work on the armour, I love how it gets darker near the ground. You've done an exceptionally good job with the highlighting.

They look really good, but the highlights, especially around the cloak, would look a lot better if you could blend the light blues with the dark blues.
But other than that they look fantastic!
