Finished up Galadriel and her mirror last night. You can't see it in these photos, but I used GW water effects in the mirror and it looks pretty cool.

That's awesome, though I personally would have done white robes...but it's not my miniature (unless you want to send it to me? :D) the painting is excellent and the bases are pretty sweet too. Keep up the great work!

Thanks all for the nice comments. Galadriel's robes are actually is a little bluer than they appear in the photos. I was going to lighten it up more, but as I worked on it, I liked the darker look in contrast to her pale skin.

I speed painted some rangers so we could start the Fellowship of the Ring journeybook. I only had two evenings to work on these, so for me that's speed painting as I usually take a lot longer. The varnish also darkened them quite a bit. :x
