lol okay a week may be a bit of an over statement. Not that I don't get much homework, just I did the most of it last week. Went for Gimli first, he's quite hard to tell apart his clothes actually. Will work on him a bit more laters.

looks good so far.
Don't know if you have already finished the face or not but a light was with scorched brown would help with bringing a bit more life to it.
Oh and there is a mould line/ leftover metal on his right boot (left one on the picture).
If you can still remove it, it would look much better when finished.

looking forward to the next update.

lol garmenhord, will try my best. 8) I did actually add a light shade of brown mixed with elf flesh around the eyes but you can't see it on the photo I'm afraid. I added some more but a deeper colour, hopefully you can see it better now. Got rid of that nasty mould line, good one Aqan. I think I'll leave it at that, can't be bothered to work on him more. Only thing that bugs me is that all the colors are very deep like the red, browns and even the beard etc..

DRUM! You my friend are amazing! If you finish the whole Fellowship in a week, which it looks like you will, I'll be very impressed!

Gimli-Awesome
Aragron- Awesome, face could possibly use a wash of Dark Flesh? A bit light for my taste but his green cloak it top notch!

Thanks folks for the support. I agree draked he might need a quick face wash.

I got some more done and worked on Gandalf. I'm not very happy with him and he's actually a lot more difficult than I thought, especially the beard since I coated it in black. I didn't work on the face too much since you can't really see it on the model unless you actually have a proper inspection of him.

3 down, 6 to go!

Drum - Gandalf looks great , his beards fine - I always start with a black basecoat too it just means you usually have to go one highlight further than you would like to have done.
