Not sure if it's also on the website archive. Should be easily searchable there if it is.

technically its legal to say that he is the same as haldir, but with a shield. he also has a special rule allowing him to make enemies reroll 6s to win combats.

Not on their web archive, but there's a lot of other stuff there that looks like it comes from the sourcebooks which are becoming harder to find.
