Post subject: Gandalf, in the Tower of Ecthelion?

Simple one here; I was reading an article in WD where it briefly mentioned Gandalf as a hero for the Tower of Ecthelion list. So with that, I got out Gondor in Flames and found him to not be in the book at all. Is there an errata that covers this?
I tend to ally him in anyway, as a member of the fellowship, but this would be nice to know.

Yeah I thought he was in the list too, as I planned to use him in my Knights of Minas Tirith force instead of a captain/faramir.

In legions of middle earth it says that when an army list published in LOME and a sourcebook which is published later conflict, use the version in the sourcebook.
