Well I heard from my casting company today. Test samples of the Birch Treegiant will be ready next week. Fingers crossed, eh?

A knight in shining armour has come to my rescue with regards my website design. My poor attempt wasn't looking very good, but is thankfully now undergoing a cosmetic makeover.

I am hoping to be ready by late May, if all goes to plan.

Can't put any definite prices on them yet until I know exactly how much they are going to cost me to cast them. It is likely that the giant will be slightly more expensive to make as it is bigger and heavier.

Well I finally got a cast of my Birch Tree Giant back from the castors. :D

It consists of 14 pieces.

Image

I was overall very pleased with the amount of detail retained in the cast. The pieces appear to fit quite well, although as with any multi-part model a bit of green stuff will inevitably be required to disguise the joins.

Somewhere along the line from leaving me to getting cast, the middle finger off the right hand of my master sheared off, so the subsequent cast is also missing the digit. I am currently in the process of getting this rectified.

My website is still under construction (I hope) , which I hope will be ready by late May.

Now I need to chase up my packaging supplier.

Sorry if I'm a bit late with this , but I saw your search for a name and I came up with " The United Kingdom of Fantasy Battles"

Hope this helps. :P
