I know some places still have some stock left, and most of them realise the value of it - but there are a few places with reasonably priced 24-mini sets, right?

Most independent retailers will still have some old boxes even though they won't have any new ones coming in. They'll still be the same price but anything is better than Gw's 12 model packs. And off course there is always ebay.

I have a friend that finds some for me as he travels around between a few states. US based player here. I have however used a local hobby shop to place a few orders and got lucky and got a 24 box for the price of a 12! I would suggest checking some local hobby shops in the area and see what they have in stock. Chances are they might know what they have sitting on their shelf and you could pick it up for a steal. On avg I've been getting 24 boxes for around $33.

My local hobby stores are all out of the 24 figure box. I was hopeing to stock up myself, but only found the 12 per. Good luck.

I have not gone into my local GW in two weeks but last time i was there they had boxes of 24. Said they had to get rid of the old stock before getting boxes of 12, they probably still have them unless there is a big boost in LOTR's popularity.
I like the fact in some ways but hate it in others.
