this is more of a list I like to take..

"Dwellers in the foundations of stone"

Image

"This deepest region of Moria is a shadowy abyss, a chilling, vast, and strange place made of twisted stones, woeful waters, and creeping fog. Horrifying monsters haunt these dark cracks in the earth, lurking amid swollen and glowing mushrooms, hiding in the shadows beneath strange arches and spurs of living rock. Down here, as far from sun and sky as it may be possible to get in Middle-earth, the screams of agonized heroes echo far and wide…and still go unheard.
The Foundations of Stone are so hostile, strange and perilous that are so called because they make up the bottommost level of Moria. These are the stones upon which all of Khazad-dûm stands and the pits into which all of it may yet fall."

" the bloated horde"
This roaming warband is called the bloated horde for they were once goblins like their bretheren in the hallways closer to the surfice. Living in darkness even darker than for common goblins, this warband found a new troglodite way of life in this shadowy depths, developing senses far superior than the average of other goblins, for this place do not offer a welcoming use of eyes, making this feral goblins with a more red eye like type along with a much paler colour skin due to the absense of light.
They also look sickly due to the nature of their nutricion, feeding on mushrooms and other foul crawling creatures they can get their hands on, developing horrific transformations and deformations far diferent than common goblins.
(using goblin town goblins for fluff purpose)

Warband 1
Bloated captain (goblin town captain)
12 bloated goblins (goblin town goblins)
83

Warband 2
Bloated captain (goblin town captain)
12 bloated goblins (goblin town goblins)

Despite being unusual for outsiders to come to this depths of moria, Ashrâk´s found out this place as a perfect area to hunt and pet spiders for his own collection.
It is in here that he commonly find the venom-back spiders, creatures so foul and so virulent that their poison kills to the touch. Ashrâk knows how exactly those spiders looks like, for his eyes can see well the glowing white chitin out of the dark of such creatures just to match the brief red glowing eyes as they gaze upon their prey before they feast.
In interests of gaining a few more pets, Ashrâk offers terms to the creatures living in the depths and hope that they may further help him in the future.

Warband 3 (Ashrâk hunting party)
Ashrâk
2 gundabad blackshields (Ashrâk personnal bodyguard)
8 goblin warriors with shield
2 venom-back spiders
155

Following his master Ashrâk, Kraslag, a new ranked goblin shaman, has followed the party in the hope of learning the secret ways of the spider´s poison and further enhance his power so one day he might be powerfull enough to challenge Ashrâk for rulership and be one of the most potent shaman´s ever.

Warband 4 (Kraslag tamer´s)
Kraslag (moria goblin shaman)
5 Moria goblins with shield
4 Moria Goblins with spear
1 cave troll
170

Many are the dangers in the depths of Moria and one of such is deadly spider Queen, whom with dreadfull reputation lives amongst this shadowy depths. Her name is the Blind Queen.
The broodmother of the venom-back spiders is an enormous white glowing sentient in the dark, her hunger ensures that she can drive her broodlings in the search of prey in the surface and in occasions when food starve, she can easily turn on the goblins prowling moria as food source. Long ago when she was young, the dwarves killed most of her kind and driven them out of moria for years, she and her brood found refuge in mirkwood constantly being hunted down by elves, but the incoming dreadfull presence of the Balrog in Moria was felt by her and she saw an oportunity to go back to her ancestral home and revenge her lost kin upon the blood of the dwarves and the hated elves who hunted her in mirkwood. She is an ally to Ashrâk merely cause she finds convenient that she found an common cause to revenge upon her hated foe and as long its the blood of dwarves and elves on the bargain, she is willing to assist the goblins.

Warband 5
Spider Queen (the blind queen)

Deeper inside the Foundations of stone, there is a legend for the goblins of a quite mad and old shaman named Trashk, whos devotion to Sauron makes him able to summon the dreadfull spirits of ancient times. Although not likely an ally to the goblins, the old shaman still recognize his bretheren from the long wars against the dwarves and may, for his own interests, unleash the spirits of dreadfull terrors upon their foes for if the goblins can´t hold their halls, soon it will be Trashk home who might be destroyed and all he worked for, doomed to failure.

Warband 6
Trashk (Gundabad blackshield Shaman)
Krashi and Krusha (Trashk´s warg pets)
Dweller inthe dark
235

warband 1,2,3 and 4
501pts
might: 6
models: 50
break on 25

overall
747pts
might: 9
models: 55
break on 28

I really like it all, the concept/fluff the list itself and the use of so many different elements from the misty mountains.
It has a certain amount of tactical flexibility with the 3 monsters all doing different things, the 6 fast moving models incl' 2 of the monsters respectable might, magic and numbers too.
well thought out :)
If I was playing the list I would probably switch the troll for another dweller, but that is because I have 12 of them.
I don't think anything in there really needs any change though.

if I had another dweller instead of the troll it would go up for trashk warband which would look interesting, although I decided to get the troll just in case or following a traditional goblin warband.
