http://www.theage.com.au/victoria/one-r ... qqhpc.htmlThe jeweller had been selling copies of the "one ring" on eBay and the Tolkien estate said nope and won the lawsuit. The jeweller didn't think he was in copyright infringement because he had a gap in the inscription.
