Does anyone make such things?

A sprue of Orc heads, in the style of LOTR Orc, which can be applied to other miniatures?

I believe there are companies selling Warhammer style heads, but I want something that does LOTR style heads.

I already bought some Wargames Factory Orcs, but there aren't enough generic heads in there for my purposes.

The closest to LOTR orc heads I have come across in my searchings for the First Age are from Hasslefree Miniatures. They have both goblin and orc heads.
