I was happy, got my citadeal guards for my gondor army. Didn't really need much else. Oh yes & I made my trebuchet instead of buying it which was worth it. Was happy with all the other things, a few books, new phone (which i desperately needed - the other one was stone age stuff) and last but not least 'The Pillars of the Earth" dvd - whoop! :D

I also got a proper metal detector from someone, how random? lol - I'll make my millions yet :P

I recieved the new Citadel Paint Station and the Citadel Brush set. I was using the top of a cardboard box as a paint tray, and only had three usable brushes--so the gifts were much appreciated! Besides that, I got 4000 Microsoft Points and plenty of nice new clothes.

Well, I got my Blackshields which I am thoroughly enjoying right now. IMO, they are great sculpts, and are a lot of fun to paint. I'll be sure to post some pics of what I've done with them soon. I also got a hobby drill(or pin vice, whatever it's called) and some green stuff, which I'm very thankful for.
Then I got the "End of Silence" by Red cd, Avatar the Last Airbender: Book 2, volume 2, an $15 itunes gift card, and some other stuff. I ahven't seen some of my friends for a while, so I might get some other gifts from them too.

I got a box of Warriors of Minas Tirith, some plastic Knights of Minas Tirith. Slowly developing my Gondor army. Now at 20 bowmen, spearmen, and swordsmen, 1 banner bearer, 10 Knights, Armoured Faramir, Pippin (Guard of the Citadel), and Aragorn (King Elessar). By a quick working out, that's 907-or-so points by the SBG I think.
The mold on one of the arms for my knights seems pretty off at the shoulder, It has no pauldron, just a ball. I'm not sure if that's how it's meant to be, my other box of knights had metal riders.

Assault on Black Reach box (been meaning to try 40K for years).

I also got the Complete Chronicles of Conan Centenary Edition, and the Harper Collins Deluxe 50th Anniversary Edition of The Lord of the Rings.

I was pretty spoilt this Christmas, I got:

- Oliphaunt (got 3 now!)
- Winged Nazgul (that's my fourth, one more to go)
- Box of Easterlings
- Amdur, to lead the new box
- Mahud Chieftain, to lead the Mumak
- Troll Chieftain (second one I have, finally getting a decent force of trolls!)
- Duinhir
- Blackroot Vale Archers Command

Very happy with that lot (and all the other non-GW related things too)
Birthdays and Christmas have become highly profitable ever since I introduced the family to the Maelstrom Games site :-D
