it was almost full year after collecting models that i played a "real" game...and that was after i convinced my friend to buy some orcs :lol:

Right now I'm just a collector/painter, but I do play a game whenever I can. I would probably play a lot more, but there isn't very many peaple where I live that are interested in either painting or gameing, and those few that are interested are usually too busy to play even a short game.

I have always collected things. But I really like building things. It doesn't matter if it is a bird house or a gun stock. I used to be active with the rail road club even though I don't have any trains.Gaming gives me a direction for a project. I have a nice Shire so I am working on the Misty Mountains.I like to read as well. LOTR of course is one of my favorites. Gaming is a social thing for me I like to have friends over for D&D or what ever. You want see me at a Tournament unless I am providing the terrain. Games are supposed to be fun not something to argue over.
