Whether you're a beginner or an advanced sculptor I would highly recommend looking through this tutorial. I'll be using it for the wood effects section, however it covers most of the stuff you will ever sculpt

Very nicely written I am partial to procrete instead of green stuff the grey shows detail better I think. (Waiting for barage from green stuff lovers)
