ah yes the age old self sacrifice, but in my experience for some reason any model wishing to die has the uncanny ability to turn into the amazing spider-man and scuttle down the wall unharmed! Butthen again if the walls are high enough......;)

awesome report!!!

Only one thing... a siege engine (ballista) doesn't scatter when trying to damage a siege target (a gate is a siege target). so you would have hit the gate and not scattered at the walls.

I was expirementing with that idea & i had aragorn(with armour) jump of my dinner table (28") & not suffer a single wound only 3 fate lost lol

yeah makes you nostalgic, i remember the days when I would be enthusiastic enough to set a day a side to do a battle like this

on the subject of the guy who revived this topic a gate is a battlefield target so you do scatter
