It doesn't and it isn't. Black dart is a spell, and requires no To Hit roll of any kind (the rules even specifically say so). Blinding Light has no effect whatsoever on magic, nor do I see how it would.




Thats a spell I hardly use, now just looking into the book and apparently youre right...

I believe that's an Army book rule or Hobbit SBG rule. Never seen that rule before. We're playing Lotr One Rulebook, no army warbands since we don't own the sourcebooks.
