The alternate Thorin's company (not the ones from the plastic sprue) is being re-released in made-to-order from Christmas Day until 3 January:

They're sneaking in before the made-to-order Fellowship kits announced recently, for which we haven't seen a date yet:

With the Defence of the North book coming out soon, I'll put in a special request for a re-release sometime of Rumil for the Lothlorien battles and the Dale captain model. Would fit in well.
