That's not canon, and I was just joking, I figure most people know it's not canon. Glorfindel's name means "Golden Hair", so his silver hair in the game was dumb. I was kinda  about Morgomir, it would make sense that the WK would have help, but giving him a physical form but NOT the ... |

The only time you should use The Royal Standard (or Gamling for that matter) is if you have a good amount of heros. Spending 1/3 of your pts on him isn't worth it. If you do use The Royal Standard in a larger game, you should bring along a few outriders. For 15 pts a piece (with horse), you can give... |

Gil-Galad was the greatest warrior of his age. F9 makes perfect sense on him. Aeglos is a little underpowered on the original model, but other than that I think his original profile was pretty accurate. |

If you want to be shoot heavy, WE are the way to go. If you stick with Mirkwood, you have 2 great archers in the form of Legolas :legolas: and Thranduil. For only 180 pts you get 5 shots a turn and 6 might, not to mention 2 decent combat heros. If you're playing a 700 pt battle, that leaves 520 pts ... |

Of course he could have been there, if he was thousands of years old then he must have lived there for a while. I'm just saying that BfME is not canon. |

Like I said, I don't have that many models for an Isengard force. I have a models spanning several armies right now, with 4 possible 700 pt armies (all evil) to choose from (Christmas/birthday really helps). I want to just concentrate on Isengard right now, which is why I posted this. The last time ... |

Oh ya, forgot about the Isengard Troll, I have one, but I figured that it would be better to have numbers than a heavy hitter, I don't like that I would be outnumbered byt Elves or Dwarves you see. So are feral uruks any good? I was originally going to use Carcharoth, but it seems it was already tak... |

So, this is my first post. Anyhows, I have an Isengard army that I would like your advice on. 700pts. Saruman Grima Vrashku 24 Uruk-hai Warriors (8 with pike, 15 with shield and 1 with banner) 6 Uruk-hai berserkers 6 Warg Riders (2 with bow, and 4 with throwing spear and shield) I have a rather limi... |
